The OfficePlease Foundation is in the process of rolling out an EAP (Early Adopter Program). This pilot program will bring 15 nonprofits onto the service in the next year. OPF staff will work directly with each nonprofit to ensure a smooth transition to the service. We will also provide all training, support and maintenance for the nonprofits participating in the EAP. The Service will be provided at no cost for the six month duration of the program.

During the EAP we will be collecting data from each nonprofit regarding system usability and functionality. The feedback provided will be used to enhance the system both functionally and technically.
